FOUNDING LEADERSHIP

DIRECTOR OF ACADEMICS - GRADES PRE-K-8

Key instructional leader responsible for ensuring excellence in teaching and learning across all Pre-K–8 academic programs. Drives alignment of curriculum, assessment, and instructional practices across grade levels, ensuring that faculty development, student support systems, and community partnerships reflect FLAMA’s commitment to the science of learning and arts-rich education.

DIRECTOR OF MUSIC AND ARTS - GRADES PRE-K-8

Creative and instructional leader for FLAMA’s music and visual arts programs. Oversees the design and implementation of the arts curriculum, supervises faculty, guides performance and exhibition programming, and ensures that FLAMA’s artistic mission is deeply woven into the daily life of the school.
